You now have the specific education to help qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short-sale package, negotiate with lenders, generate buyer demand, limit risk, and protect buyers.

Our experience with Taylor Skinner was excellent. She is well informed and intelligent. Lots of common sense and was always available to answer our questions and provide information we were looking for. The process with the Lender and Underwriter was cumbersome, but she helped.
